So last night me and sister went and saw Iron & Wine at Cafe Du Nord it was incredible for many reasons which I will now list * I was there for maybe 5 minutes standing outside the bathroom when fucking SAM BEAM walks past me and says “hi”, I of course was so twitterpated all I could say was “hi” back * this was my first time at this venue and it was lovely, really intimate * the opening band was amazing, so much fun. Yoga Man Burning Band, look them up * when he finally came on it was just him and a guitar, no backing band - pretty awesome * the set list was all requests, which mean he played all the good’ns (not like there are any bad ones) anyway it was definitely one of the top 5 shows I’ve been to in my life thus far. I’ll stop being such an annoying fangirl now, thanks for your time ♥
